In May, we also sell the plants for many of these varieties. 2016 is our 9th year growing heirloom tomatoes, and we have a mouth watering selection for you to enjoy -over three dozen varieties including all of our favourites from last year, plus a few new ones that you'll be excited to try! These are tomatoes from around the world, passed from generation to generation, in all shapes, sizes, and colours, and most importantly, tasting great.

	Andrew Rahart's Jumbo Red	Large beefsteak, red. A great tasting beefsteak, from Italy via New York City.
	Aunt Ruby's German Green	Large beefsteak, green. This heirloom hall-of-famer is ripe when green.
	Cherokee Purple	Large beefsteak, dark pink/purple with green shoulders. Cherokee's rich complex flavours makes it a customer favourite.
	Dester	Large beefsteak, pink. Similar to Brandywine. Winner of SSE's 2011 Tomato Tasting.
	Indigo Apple New!	Small round, blue with red bottom. A modern heirloom from Wild Boar Farms, Napa CA
	Italian Heirloom	Large round, red. Winner of SSE's 2012 Tomato Tasting.
	Lemony	Large oblate, yellow-orange. A tasty yellow from Russia.
	Moonglow	Medium round, orange. Winner of SSE's 2007 Tomato Tasting.
	Snezhno Belyi New!	Medium beefsteak, creamy white. Russian. The best tasting, and palest of the "white" tomatoes.  Snezhno Belyi means "Snow white" in Russian.

	Black Cherry	Medium cherry, purple/red. Darkest cherry with classic complex flavours of the black heirlooms.
	Cherry Roma	a plum shaped cherry tomato, doesn't split like the round ones.
	Dr. Carolyn Pink	Medium cherry, pink Possibly the only pink coloured cherry tomato
	Helsing Junction Blues	Large cherry, blue with some red. A modern heirloom, bred  by Tom Wagner.
	Igleheart Yellow Cherry	New for 2016. A Seed Saver's Exchange's winner, we had to try it!
	Lemon Drop	Small-medium cherry, pale yellow. Winner of SSE's 2010 Tomato Tasting -quite the feat for a yellow tomato!

	Sun Gold	Medium cherry, deep orange. Legendary at American farmers' markets and one of our all time favourites.

Plum Tomatoes 2016

	Banana Cream	Medium plum, pale yellow. Heavy yields of tasty blemish free tomatoes.
	Black Icicle
	Italian Gold	Medium plum, orange. This is our dehybridized version of the unavailable hybrid Italian Gold. Great colour and flavour.
	San Marzano	Medium plum, red. Classic Italian canning tomato. For canning we actually prefer our standard plum tomatoes, which produce identical sauce and are a better value than the San Marzanos which tend to be hollow.
	Speckled Roman	Medium plum, red with jagged orange stripes. Simply too beautiful to eat.
