Honey bee on raspberry blossom

Hives at Hutchinson Farm since 2015.
In partnership with beekeeper Zorica Letvenchuk since 2015.

“Variety's the very spice of life, that gives it all it's flavour.”

At Hutchinson Farm, our bees (and our customers) delightfully choose from the hundreds of varieties we grow. Our spring honey is lightest in colour, featuring nectar primarily from white flowers such as strawberries, raspberries, peas, and beans. As we move through the season, the honey darkens as more yellow flowers are available such as pumpkins, tomatoes, as well as wild flowers such as goldenrod.

Our honey will put a smile on your face.
This is the best way to describe our honey, and how it is different from all the others we've ever tasted.
Do a taste test.
No crackers, etc. just a small spoonful of honey.
Try theirs.
It will be good. Deliciously sweet. But maybe just sweet.
Try ours.
Try not to smile.
It is impossible not to smile.
You will go wow, this is so much better, and wonder why.
Happiness in a spoonful
So Good!
